My Damn Good Stew

July 2023
Buy an expired piece of meat on sale (beef shank, lamb stew meat, pork neck bones)
Sear in HOT pan, then add Onions and Jalapeno Peppers
Deglase with a Beer
Add 2 oz Rice, Quinuoa and Lentils
Lower heat and cover with water
Add Kale
at end add water and Spoon of Beef Stock Paste
Damn Good
(I don’t have a fan so I cover, light candles and try not to burn it)
