1# Macaroni (or Rotini)
1# Frozen Broccoli Florets (12 oz)
2 Cups Non Fat Yogurt
3 Cups Water
5 Chopped Garlic Cloves (double-up with Crunchy Garlic Condiments)
1# Sharp Cheddar Cheese (double-up with Nutritional Yeast Flakes)
Tabasco Sauce (instead of Salt)
Chicken/Fish Rice (Good Things to Eat)
Trending toward “Meatless” I bought some (50% Off) Salmon
Started with Chicken Breast poaching in Water
Added 2 Ladles of Rice, 1 Tbsp Quinoa and 1 Tbsp Lentils
Then added a package of fresh Spinach
AND GOOD SEASONING BLEND: 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 tsp Fish Sauce and 4 minced Garlic Cloves
in final moments turn up heat to full boil and lay Salmon on Top
COVER AND SEVERAL MOMENTS LATER – TURN OFF HEAT (and let coast)
