A great slop (in layers)

First, sauteed brussels sprouts (halfs) and kale greens
(reserve when done)
Second, cook rice
Start with Jalapenos, Garlic and Onions
Add Rice and Water
When rice is done, add (Frozen) Chickpeas and Brussels Sprouts
Turn Off Heat
Finish with Blue Cheese and Mustard
Amazingly Good

Next Version
Brown Lamb Neck Bones (and reserve)
Saute Brussels Sprouts and Kale in Lamb Fat (and reserve)
Saute Jalapenos, Onions and Garlic
-add Rice and Liquid
When Rice is Practically Done
-add Frozen Garbanzos, Corn, Ginger and Giardinare
-add back, Lamb and Brussels
Finish with Grape Tomatoes, Blue Cheese and Mustard
